Look; I know some of my bases are drawn by somebody else, why do you think i put "if this is your original art, and do not want it up here, please tell me and i'll take it down"? They can clearly see it on there, and if they want it taken down, they'll tell me. That is not art theft. Art theft is taking the picture and saying its yours; im not doing that. Im not doing anything close to that. So unless the owner wants it taken down, they will tell me. And if you think that the owner will not like it, go ahead and tell them what i made it into, and they'll take care of it themselves.
And also; thousands of other people do it on Deviantart.
Thousands of other people kill other people dose that make that right?
and some artist may not have alot of time to browse DA and others may have left DA or are unable to come on DA due to personal reasons. there are also millions of pieces of art work on this site how is the original artist suppose to find your one traced image?
I know, you are also very right in this point. But, I'm not trying to steal art or anything like that. I'm just trying to give all my watcher and friends what they want; bases they can use. im not and never intended to threat/hurt anybody or anybodies art on here.
I'm sorry if I did that to anybody, but, please understand i'm not trying to do any art theft of any kind.

and about arttheft its not just saying you made it it also using something without permission. try reading these FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?
